THE JUDGMENT OF TARA
Together I request the land of Hibernia (to come forth)
coursed is the wild sea
wild the crying mountains
crying the generous woods
generous in showers (rain/waterfalls)
showers lakes and vast pools
vast pools hosts of well-springs
well-springs of tribes in assembly
assembly of kings of Tara
Tara host of tribes
tribes of the sons of Mil
Mil of boats and ships
ships come to Hibernia
Hibernia high terribly blue
an incantation on the (same) wind
(which was the) wind empty of Bres
Bres of an empty cup
Hibernia be mighty
Ermon at the beginning
Ir, Eber, requested
(now it is) I (who) request the land of Hibernia!

In BCE do you know when the Royal Arch Druid Amergin spoke this Incantation at the Hill of Tara?

I am the wind on the sea
Am gaeth i m-muir

I am the stormy wave
Am tond trethan

I am the sound of the ocean
Am fuaim mara

I am the bull with seven horns
Am dam secht ndirend

I am the hawk on the cliff face
Am séig i n-aill

I am the sun's tear
Am dér gréne

I am the beautiful flower
Am cain lubai
kwsigma

I am the boar on the rampage
Am torc ar gail

I am the salmon in the pool
Am he i l-lind

I am the lake on the plain
Am loch i m-maig

I am the defiant word
Am brí a ndai

I am the spear charging into battle
Am bri i fodb fras feochtu

I am the god who put fire in your head
Am dé delbas do chind codnu

Who made the trails through stone mountains
Coiche nod gleith clochur slébe

Who knows the age of the moon
Cia on co tagair aesa éscai

Who knows where the setting sun rests
Cia du i l-laig fuiniud gréne

Who took the cattle from the house of the warcrow
Cia beir buar o thig tethrach

Who pleases the warcrow's cattle
Cia buar tethrach tibi

What bull, what god created the mountain skyline
Cia dám, cia dé delbas faebru a ndind ailsiu

The cutting word, the cold word
Cáinte im gai, cainte gaithe

I got this self explanatory reply!
From: Kieran Somers
Subject: Slane Bypass
To: brnmhn@yahoo.co.uk
Date: Monday, 22 February, 2010, 12:19

Dear sir,

I have been asked by An Bord Pleanala to refer to your email dated
15th February, 2010 in relation to the above-mentioned case.

In respect of your request for a time extension for making written
submissions on the N2 Slane Bypass Road Scheme (case
reference number 17.HA0026), I regret to inform you that the Board
cannot accede to such a request having regard to the statutory
time period of 18 weeks to make a determination on the case. The
time period which was stated in the public notice (i.e. 17th
February, 2010) is in accordance with the provisions of Section 48
of the Roads Act, 1993, as amended by Section 51 of the Planning
and Development (Strategic Infrastructure) Act, 2006, which
provides for a period not being less than 6 weeks from the date the
EIS is available for inspection.

In relation generally to the matter of public participation on this
case, I would direct your attention to the fact that the Board has
discretion to hold an oral hearing on the proposed development.
Subject to the discretion of the presiding Inspector, and upon
payment of the appropriate fee (€50 for an observation), you would
have an opportunity to make an observation at the hearing.

The Board cannot consider the contents of your written submission
as the appropriate fee was not included with your submission
within the allotted time period. I cannot comment further on the list
of facts that you have included with your email as it would not be
appropriate for me to do so. A formal written submission to the
Board with the required fee must be made by post or by hand; the
Board does not accept such submissions electronically.

I trust this provides clarity.

Yours faithfully,

Kieran Somers

I have to say I find it slightly amusing to read all the campaigns mobilised to fight something that may happen when in fact at present there are 3 airplanes using a field that runs parallel to the Dowth Road as an air strip. This field is approx 350m from Dowth ; 150 metres from Dowth Hall ; 200 m from Netterville. As residents we feel that this fight is over as MCC unsuccessfully tried to take legal action against the landowners. Maybe Save Newgrange are not interested in this activity but it makes your campaign as well run and orchestrated as it is amusing to us. Best of Luck with your campaign. You will need some luck and the local populace behind you of which the latter maybe the harder to achieve. Thank You.

Newgrange is like an 'archipelago' collection of islands in the total compass of the TARA emplacement.Any campaign should try at least to connect the two [ they are connected anyway] and the name TARA is fairly well known now around Europe in any event and the US .The RESULT will be a greater expose for the WHOLE thing including TARA and what is being done here. TheBoyne Valley is known world wide.
