Vincent Salafia

Spokesperson for Save Newgrange, the group opposing the current route of the N2 Slane bypass, which runs 500m from the Bend of the Boyne UNESCO World Heritage Site, is Vincent Salafia, B.A, J.D., LL.M. He is currently guest lecturer in Environmental Legislation and Planning and Risk Management in the School of Management, Queen’s University Belfast. The classes are part of the MSc Environmental Management and MSc Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility degree syllabi. Vincent has been actively involved in volunteer work as a founder member of TaraWatch, who have been campaigned for the M3 motorway to be re-routed from the Hill of Tara and is currently a spokesperson for Save Newgrange.
